Rescheduling and Cancelling
Rescheduling or Cancellation Policy for Training Sessions
To ensure the efficient management of our training schedules and resources, we have instituted the following cancellation policy. This policy applies to all individually registered and paid participants and all mutually agreed training for groups unless otherwise governed in a signed contract.
Please review the policy carefully to understand the implications of cancelling your registration as the date of your training session approaches. Special circumstances will of course be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For Individuals:
**Substitutions:**
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant to attend in your place at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the training date to facilitate this change. Substitutions on the day of training are possible but naturally inconvenient.
**Cancellations**
1. **More than 30 Days before Training Date:**
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the training date will incur a 5% administrative fee to cover credit card processing costs.
2. **15 to 30 Days before Training Date:**
Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the training date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total training cost. The remainder will be refunded to the participant.
3. **7 to 14 Days before Training Date:**
Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the training date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the total training cost. The remaining 25% will be refunded to the participant.
4. **Less than 7 Days before Training Date:**
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date will not be eligible for a refund. At this late stage, resources and arrangements have been firmly committed based on registration numbers. Fees paid may be applied to a future training session.
5. **No-Shows:**
Participants who fail to attend their scheduled training without prior notification (“no-shows”) will not be eligible for any refund. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Group Training Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your group’s training session, you may do so up to 30 days before the scheduled date. Note that any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred by the trainer(s) will be charged and receipts provided upon request.
Rescheduling between 14 to 7 days before the training date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee plus any non-refundable/ non-cancelable travel fees already paid by the trainer(s). Rescheduling is not permitted less than 7 days before the training date.
**Training Cancellation by the Trainer:**
In the unlikely event that a training session is cancelled by the trainer, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future training date, based on their preference.
Please note that cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing and received by our office through the designated communication channels. This policy is intended to ensure that training sessions are efficiently managed and that all participants are treated fairly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
